The Challenge

Rombouts UK has been operating for over 50 years but struggled to get brand awareness. Building the brand to reach loyal customers and to reach new coffee drinkers was key. For their B2B arm, their innovative espresso pod machines needed to be showcased to restaurants, hotels and cafes Growing their social media presence was key was getting PR coverage and delivering informative newsletters to subscribers.

The Strategy

After an initial review, we decided showing the benefits of coffee to health and fitness was key to the UK market. Enjoying the experience of a coffee was key. For the Out of Home market it was communicating the pod to cup process that allow customers to understand how they could sell to their customers.
