We ran a one day training session with the sales and communications team members which covered the elements of marketing they wanted to improve. We reviewed their website copy, their branding, email database and social media presence.
The day provided a basic insight into how these could be optimised internally and also gave them an opportunity to learn best practice techniques in how to write engaging copy for their specific customers across all their communications.
