The Health Improvement Team within Ealing Council work with primary and secondary schools to improve pupil’s health and wellbeing. We were ultimately brought in to improve communications to schools to increase buy back of services offered to schools.

The Challenge

The main challenge was to convince the senior teaching staff to invest in paid services to improve pupils health, especially as schools receive a universal free service.
Internal processes required restricting to achieve cohesion with the team.

The Strategy

We produced 3 brochures, highlighting the services and evidence behind the activities offered in the services. We also introduced more efficient internal processes to help the whole team plan and deliver activities more efficiently.
